We bought our sons first car from Imperial Marques and I have to admit that I haven't been dealt with like this from any other car dealer before. We travelled over 175 miles to buy the car and would do so again. We discovered a slight issue with the car once we got back to Pembrokeshire and Mark rectified the issue straight away. I can't rate my experience with Mark enough, truly a genuine car dealer who delivers on his promises, it's a shame all car dealers aren't like Mark.

Absolutely amazing guy, all the cars on display were in excellent condition the showroom and office was clean, organised and tidy which says a lot about a peraon and business. The service, speed to get the car ready and not forgetting about the friendliness - All I can say is it was impeccable. I can not fault. Mark isn't your usual wheeler dealer, I felt quite at ease visiting the site by myself with my youngest child. He has fitted appointments in at evenings and weekends to work around my busy family life. Nothing has been too much trouble.
